30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@partsperfection.com with your order number and details.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
